Senior Consultant in Value Management

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant you are responsible for a wide range of aspects within a project like making client proposals, developping study designs and executing and following these studies/projects.

You translate the customer's demand to a adequate solution in close collaboration with the customer and other members of the project team..

Youre profile

You have an economic, pharmaceutical or paramedical degree, preferably completed with a Master in e.g. Medico-social sciences, Management & Policy of healthcare, Management of government organisations, Health economics, General economics & business administration, training in Clinical Trials, etc.

• You have at the least 5 years experience with projects in healthcare.
• You are capable of defining and assigning tasks within your project and of making and managing a good planning (project management!).
• You are experienced in health economic evaluations and/or budget impact analyses.
• You are experienced in executing observations, interviews & surveys.
• You have theoretical and practical knowledge of the Belgian healthcare.
• You have knowledge of general hospital financing and more specific of financing of medicines.
• You have experience with or you are interested in primary & secundary market research.
• You have a basic knowledge of statistics.
• You are a team player and u are capable of using your domain knowledge in a fluent and constructive way and to share it with colleagues, your project team or the client.
• You are entrepreneurial and result-driven.
• You are eager to learn and you keep your knowledge up-to-date.
• You are communicative and you can perfectly express yourself in Dutch, English and French.
• You have a good logical and analytical mind, you work structured and you are proactive.
• You are stress resistant.
• You dispose of allround IT skills.
• You are flexible - trips to Bruges as head office of Belgium and assignments all over the country or possible international assignments don't scare you.
