From 2 - 5 june 2011 the Vlaamse Liga Tegen Kanker (Flemish League Against Cancer) organises the second edition of de 1000 km van Kom op tegen kanker (the 1000 km of Stand up against cancer). The Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels) that adopted social engagement as a core value, decided to participate again in this action. Through sponsoring hict supports prof. dr.
